I have been a loyal customer of Rights Offices of Strategic for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-3420-PVJ-5753) on July 6, 1983, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I want to acknowledge that Rights Offices of Strategic has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $100.19 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $100.19 for a organic produce box that never worked properly.
