I want to report a serious concern with The Healthy Tastes's accessory that I purchased on December 2, 1992 from your New Columbus, Colorado store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Akeem D., but my issue remains unresolved.

After speaking with Sarah Jackson from the Client Satisfaction at The Healthy Tastes, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
