I want to report a serious concern with The Healthy Tastes's tool that I purchased on April 8, 2007 from your New Deliastad, Alabama store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Betsy V., but my issue remains unresolved.
