Unsatisfactory resolution from Best Trade Place Corp.

On December 23, 2022, I signed up for Best Trade Place Corp.'s exchange program at their Maggiebury, California location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $300.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tiana W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
