I purchased a unit from Land International on June 2, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Adelle X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 06, 2025 05:47I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The cookware set from Land International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
