I am writing regarding order #ORD-3882-BSJ-2042 placed with Land International on October 30, 1999. I paid $916.35 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Isabell V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Michael Anderson from the Technical Support at Land International, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
