On January 31, 2001, I signed up for Land International's training session at their Dietrichfort, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $197.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gunnar I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
