Billing dispute with Consulting Offices

I want to report a serious concern with Consulting Offices's software that I purchased on July 11, 2010 from your Hackettbury, Kentucky store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Malvina Z., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 09, 2025 06:03I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The meal delivery from Consulting Offices not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
