I am writing regarding order #ORD-1414-MFE-3479 placed with Intellect College Holdings on January 28, 1977. I paid $845.77 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Harry N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate Intellect College Holdings reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jeans has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
