I have been a loyal customer of SmartSchool International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-3960-ARC-3070) on March 25, 1988, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from James Martin at SmartSchool International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jacket was clearly defective from the start.
