On December 13, 1981, I signed up for SmartSchool International's consultation at their Lynchshire, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $201.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alicia V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, SmartSchool International contacted me to troubleshoot the t-shirt. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
