I want to report a serious concern with SmartSchool International's platform that I purchased on November 10, 1992 from your Wardport, Maine store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Arnold O., but my issue remains unresolved.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from SmartSchool International, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my jacket. This is extremely frustrating.
