I have been a loyal customer of SysWeb for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-3722-DNG-7880) on November 22, 2006, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from SysWeb called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
