On February 23, 2024, I signed up for OptimalHealing Ltd.'s maintenance program at their East Alvenaside, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $718.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maddison N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
