I am writing regarding order #ORD-5937-MDD-6205 placed with Mind University of Foundation on February 19, 1990. I paid $765.37 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Milton Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $20.51 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
