I have been a loyal customer of Genius Growth Tutoring for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-4159-QEK-9353) on December 16, 2011, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Genius Growth Tutoring not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
