I am writing regarding order #ORD-4187-TWI-7646 placed with The Optimal Remedy Partners on September 29, 1995. I paid $485.78 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Salma V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 5 days since my initial complaint, and The Optimal Remedy Partners still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
