I am writing regarding order #ORD-6692-AEW-7692 placed with Culinary & Foods on August 15, 1984. I paid $742.29 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gladys R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
