I purchased a tool from Expert Advisory Advisors on January 11, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Demarco R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I've received an email from Alex Jones at Expert Advisory Advisors offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The meal delivery was clearly defective from the start.
