Poor customer service experience with Health Associates

I want to report a serious concern with Health Associates's package that I purchased on January 10, 2021 from your West Patfurt, Oregon store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cristal O., but my issue remains unresolved.
