I am writing regarding order #ORD-4633-JUM-9361 placed with Nano Ventures on June 1, 2005. I paid $515.75 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carmen J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The prepared meal from Nano Ventures not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
