I'm writing to complain about the repair service I received from Nano Ventures. After paying $235.37 for package, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Emery Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After speaking with William Davis from the Quality Assurance at Nano Ventures, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
