I purchased a appliance from Flavors & Catering on December 8, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Laisha O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Flavors & Catering reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement fitness tracker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
