Unsatisfactory resolution from Flavors & Catering

I purchased a appliance from Flavors & Catering on December 8, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Laisha O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
