I purchased a gadget from Flavors & Catering on February 10, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lenore K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

It's now been 2 days since my initial complaint, and Flavors & Catering still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customer support plan.
