I have been a loyal customer of TechSys Pune for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-6544-JRY-8414) on November 12, 1985, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Jennifer Jones at TechSys Pune offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The specialty food item was clearly defective from the start.
