On December 4, 2022, I signed up for TechSys Pune's consultation at their Coltenton, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $667.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alexa I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
