I purchased a product from Counsel & Counsel Niigata on June 27, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Santina L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 24, 2025 05:28After my initial complaint, Counsel & Counsel Niigata contacted me to troubleshoot the meal delivery. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
