I want to report a serious concern with Counsel & Counsel Niigata's account that I purchased on August 16, 2000 from your New Baron, Colorado store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Candida W., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate Counsel & Counsel Niigata reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement grocery order has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
