I want to report a serious concern with CloudData International's product that I purchased on December 15, 1971 from your Terrillbury, Oregon store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eliane H., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from CloudData International called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
