I am writing regarding order #ORD-9920-DHM-5381 placed with QualityDeal Washington Corp. on January 9, 1971. I paid $788.43 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zella B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
