I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eden R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

The situation with The Scholar Skills has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the consultation service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-AC8645C4 multiple times.
