I purchased a subscription from The Scholar Skills on August 22, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eden R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
