I am writing regarding order #ORD-2816-RKG-6570 placed with The Scholar Skills on August 12, 1973. I paid $727.43 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elwin W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and The Scholar Skills still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium membership.
