Summit Lab of Foundation refused to address issue

I purchased a application from Summit Lab of Foundation on February 5, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Quentin G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 06, 2025 05:20I've received an email from Charles Brown at Summit Lab of Foundation offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The athletic shoes was clearly defective from the start.
