I am writing regarding order #ORD-5663-VOQ-3253 placed with Solid Renovations & Sons Shenzhen on July 24, 1970. I paid $521.8 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lina Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Solid Renovations & Sons Shenzhen called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
