I am writing regarding order #ORD-7745-XUQ-8596 placed with Wisdom Foundation School on July 9, 1973. I paid $404.12 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jake Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Jordan Garcia from the Service Excellence at Wisdom Foundation School, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
