On April 2, 2025, I signed up for Intellect Center's return process at their East Daron, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $806.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kallie Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 03, 2025 06:05I want to acknowledge that Intellect Center has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $269.72 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $269.72 for a jacket that never worked properly.
