I have been a loyal customer of Intellect Center for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-7214-VMY-3744) on January 3, 2012, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with Intellect Center has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customer support plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-EC5972DE multiple times.
