I have been a loyal customer of Learning Academy of Success Catania for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-3354-XSA-4152) on December 27, 1985, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Learning Academy of Success Catania still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their priority service.
