I am writing regarding order #ORD-5427-TEG-1585 placed with Web-Logic Inc. on July 19, 1990. I paid $748.11 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Angelo S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 12, 2025 05:30Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $326.71 refund only covers part of what I paid for the repair service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
