I purchased a package from Store Center Holdings on September 8, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jefferey O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
