On April 7, 1998, I signed up for Abode of Classic Holdings's return process at their Ernestineland, Maine location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $992.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Harmon S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 7 days since my initial complaint, and Abode of Classic Holdings still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their technical support package.
