Habitat of Prestige Enterprises refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Habitat of Prestige Enterprises's subscription that I purchased on June 23, 2012 from your Port Noeside, Pennsylvania store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Evalyn X., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 23, 2025 05:23I want to acknowledge that Habitat of Prestige Enterprises has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $166.47 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $166.47 for a mattress that never worked properly.
