Frustrated with Habitat of Prestige Enterprises's lack of response

I purchased a solution from Habitat of Prestige Enterprises on September 7, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cicero T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 07, 2025 05:26I've received an email from David Robinson at Habitat of Prestige Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The vacuum cleaner was clearly defective from the start.
