I am writing regarding order #ORD-6286-SBU-4565 placed with Logic Studios Kobe on March 12, 1995. I paid $451.57 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kay F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Patricia Brown from the Customer Service at Logic Studios Kobe, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
