I am writing regarding order #ORD-7616-JSK-8866 placed with Logic Studios Kobe on January 26, 1977. I paid $577.43 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alisha B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
