Frustrated with Goods & Zone's lack of response

I purchased a membership from Goods & Zone on September 6, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Blanca V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
