I have been a loyal customer of The First Retail for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-8969-KDE-6573) on April 29, 1971, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
