Overcharged by Abode of Signature for service

On December 20, 1992, I signed up for Abode of Signature's support package at their Natashabury, Texas location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $89.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Thad U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
