On April 24, 1981, I signed up for StudyUniversity's technical assistance at their Donnellyview, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $285.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Genesis Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
