Complaint Details

On April 24, 1981, I signed up for StudyUniversity's technical assistance at their Donnellyview, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $285.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Genesis Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm updating my complaint because StudyUniversity finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the winter coat, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
