On April 4, 1993, I signed up for StudyUniversity's exchange program at their Maverickfurt, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $842.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Catalina U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After speaking with Charles Miller from the Quality Assurance at StudyUniversity, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
